18x24 Root Rock Background
24x18 Banyan Root
- Mold made in the field at Rainbow Falls State Park in Hilo, Hawaii.
- The large banyan tree found in the park has long grown its roots into the surrounding lava rock, while other species of vines grow along the larger root surface. This mold was taken to help show some of this.
- Mold is designed to fit into an Exo-Terra or ZooMed 18 x 18 x 24 enclosure.
- This mold intentionally has areas that can be easily cut into to plant live or artificial plants.

- The mold was made from a large root of the large banyan tree found in Rainbow Falls State Park in Hilo, Hawaii using Exhibit Mold.
- This mold was designed to fit into larger sized enclosures. The smallest being the Exo-Terra 24x18x18, without being cut.
- You can cut this mold down to a lower size (18x18x18) if needed.
18x18 Banyan Roots
- Mold made in the field at Rainbow Falls State Park in Hilo, Hawaii using Exhibit-Mold and Exhibit-Cast.
- The large banyan tree found in the park has long multiple root "pillars" that shoot straight down from the limbs above, creating complex interwoven root supports for the large tree. This mold was taken to exhibit this unique trait of the tree.
- Mold is designed to fit into Exo-Terra or ZooMed 18x18x18 enclosures. It takes much of the volume and should be expected to a be a stand alone piece inside the tank and will need to be siliconed in place to the glass in most cases.
- This mold intentionally has areas that can be easily cut into to plant live or artificial plants.
18x18 Buttress Rock
- Mold made in the field on a large tree buttress while hiking in the Manoa Valley of Oahu, Hawaii.
- The large tree roots were spotted along the trail and quickly made in the field using Exhibit-Mold.
- This background is designed to fit into Exo-Terra or ZooMed 18x18x18 enclosures or accent larger aquariums.
